Sometimes what happens in Vegas does NOT stay there...

The main reason for our distracted state...we were on our way to the Cal for dinner when we were sandwiched between a 2011 Lexus RX350 and an old Nissan Altima. No one was hurt...and the boys were not freaked out, but, it was an experience. Luckily NHP showed up and coordinated all of the details, but, it did take about 70 minutes to get to Aloha Specialties (with 15 minutes before they closed)...after a side trip to Lowes for duct tape to secure our rear bumper.

What happened? There was a stall in the express lane on the freeway...we had a great view of Caesars...the 2011 Lexus, stopped in time, we stopped in time...the Altima behind us didn't and pushed us into the Lexus. Our front license plate was found somewhere behind our van...so, we hit hard enough for that to go flying. I am so glad that no one was hurt.

The van, well, that's another story. The front and rear bumpers are probably toast, as well as the front hood and the back hatch is dented. (The Ninja boys were worried about our Ninja stripe..it's safe). Jeff is concerned about the frame and brakes...everything seems to be going ok, we are driving home now, but, I will feel better after everything is checked out and repaired.
