Today, Jordan went to the Orthodontist to repair his retainer. Luckily, it looks like we can repair it AGAIN...instead of having to make a new one...before the retainer can be repaired... they need to take a mold of Jordan's teeth....not an easy task for someone with a gag reflex...
So, I decided to use a tactic that I swore I would never use as a parent....a bribe. So, with a promise of a chocolate milkshake, Jordan went into the treatment room...and he was out in 10 minutes...I didn't even have time to take out my knitting...
Usually, the technicians have to try 5-6 times to get a good mold....this time....Jordan cooperated and they were able to get the mold on the FIRST time!!! The FIRST TIME!!!
Wonder if I can get him to clean his bathroom for a chocolate sundae?????
